"BED BUGS, TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF! RUN AWAY! I stayed there for one night, and the bed had bed bugs. My partner and I woke up covered in bites—an absolute nightmare! On top of that, the breakfast was awful, the coffee machine didn’t work, and the staff was extremely rude. They almost ruined my summer vacation! NOT RECOMMENDED!"

"We only stayed for a night. The room is comfortable and clean. Complimentary toiletries are provided. Walls are somehow thin so you can't actually converse with your friends at loud voices."

"Ok hotel in Aix, value for money. I was having an apartment-type room which was clean and nice. Not quite sure why if that is a hotel, you have to take your bins out. But apart from that it was nice."
