"I stayed at Hotel Cezanne for six nights on the first floor above the lobby. Pros: - The breakfast is really good. There's a hot bar and a great cut-your-own-cheese charcuterie set up, as well as pastries. I was fine with a nut allergy by avoiding the pastries. The eggs are deliciously fluffy and I ate them with the cheeses and smoked salmon every day that it was available. - The WiFi is quite good. - The location is great, being near the city center and very walkable. - The rooms are well soundproofed. - Direct USB connections to the walls means that you can survive without a travel adapter (though I still recommend a universal adapter) - The showers got suitably hot! - Staff were overall pretty friendly. Cons: - The rooms are quite small. - Some amenities are missing that are normal at American hotels. Notably, there was no ironing board, conditioner, mini-fridge, or lotion. - I was charged a corkage fee of 5 EUR to open my own wine at the hotel lobby.. I guess I should just go to my room? Overall, great location and a quaint small room that's great for sleeping but not much else. The staff are great and very helpful. Awesome breakfast."

"We loved our beautiful hotel room at Boutique Hotel Cézanne. Shout out to Marius who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in our room. The hotel is conveniently located. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the old town in Aix. We highly recommend the Privilege room (if you don’t mind walking up a flight of stairs). It’s a room on the top most floor which is very roomy and modern where you can choose A/C or heater regardless of the season (which is rare in France)."

"Boutique Hotel Cézanne is a small, well‑located property in Aix‑en‑Provence near to the train station excellent for walking to the old town. Check‑in was smooth and the front desk staff were welcoming and helpful with local directions. The front desk team give us very good tips about Aix-en-Provence. I am sorry I dont know their name. The room was clean, tastefully decorated, and comfortable for a short stay. Space is used efficiently. Breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold items. Cheese and fresh croissants and bakery was a winner. The calissons tea was something new for us. We had the calissons tea in the room only for one day. We would have appreciated an extra bag of calissons tea in the room. A good choice for travelers who want a central, comfortable boutique stay with friendly service while exploring Aix‑en‑Provence. Hope to see you in the near future to get the chance so say ”Bonjour” again."

"Wonderful start to our Provence vacation. Hotel knew it was our 30th anniversary and had a lovely surprise in our room. While the room was a bit small, it was quiet and interesting design. Highly recommend for a reasonable hotel near center of town (5 minute walk to main shopping area)."

"Rooms were beautiful and spacious, equipped with fridge, good AC, lots of storage. The toilet is separate from the sink and shower. Only improvement could be having a small sink in the toilet so one does not have to walk all the way to wash their hands. Service was great and welcoming. Location was peaceful and walking distance to sights and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again."
