"Terrible service. Just terrible. We had booked online beforehand and we emailed saying we were arriving late and so the reception emailed us our room number and the code to get in. We thought it would be really easy once we arrived at the hotel. Turns out he emailed us the wrong information and we walked into someone else’s room when they were sleeping!! This lack of organization, care, and security was really worrying to us. We had no way to finding out the correct room number since reception was closed and we didn’t have the necessary information to use the automatic room dispenser. We had to purchase a second room because of the incompetency of the reception. This was easily the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We asked for a refund for one of the rooms, which we were given but it took over a week to receive and I had to give my card number over email. This was a complete failure of the system. Would not recommend and if you do go, just show up without booking in advance, that was much easier"

"Good deal for one night stop, Good parking and A supermarket just in front of the hotel, You can use uber eats with many options around the hotel to get a good meal"

"I really do not understand the relatively low score for this hotel, when everything really, from the quality of the room to the friendliness of the managers is very good and well run. Of course the location is not picturesque, but one knows that before booking, and it is actually quiet, with plenty of parking and very convenient. Everything at this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Provence."

"Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Service could be better, though. Before reserveing we asked them of they have a place to leave our bicycle. We arrive there and there was no place to leave them. Not even an apology. Be careful what they promised you."

"thanks, pleasant stay, basic functionality, no kettle in room; 24/7 pizza corner automated box nearby, 400 mtrs away a good resturant!"
