"Super convenient, clean & reasonable, just outside of Aix en Provence’s historic center. It fit our over night need when our VRBO fell through and all the hotels were booked in the historic center."

"The Automatic Room Dispenser model is new for me. I found it very handy. When the place I planned to stay didn't work out, I found myself at reserving and checking in through a machine in the B&B lobby. It took minutes, and the entry code printed out on the receipt. Everything about the room and service was correct, well-designed, clean, and well-maintained. Great value for the price. It's a little out of the way for visiting Aix without a car, but with patience I could get everywhere I wanted to go."

"A truly miserable experience. Avoid at all costs! It was NOT worth saving the 20€ a day to not stay in the city center. First there’s no concierge most hours of the day (including when you’re supposed to check in) and the check in at the machine is clunky. Secondly the room was not clean (specifically the floors and the most disgusting part was the shower which is depicted). Clear mold buildup on both the shower curtain and in the grout as well as dirt buildup in the room. I had to wear my shoes the whole time. The second star is because at least the sheets were clean and there didn’t seem to be bed bugs. Thirdly if you have to stay here for any reason AVOID the breakfast. It was 9.50€ and the offerings were chemically processed, as cheap as possible, and nauseating (the powdered eggs were the worst). It’s the norm where I’m from to offer a better breakfast than what they had for free. Fourthly the WiFi didn’t work and there was almost never concierge so I couldn’t have it fixed (which they would probably also just tell me it wasn’t possible if I asked) I may have overlooked all of this and said nothing if the two girls working at the concierge didn’t behave absolutely insufferably. The first day I requested a change in the room code because another guest had seen mine. The brown haired girl told me it was not possible - I was lucky that the older gentleman who seemed to be their manager or possibly the location owner stepped in and fixed it for me. The second day I went for breakfast at 10:07am on a Friday (the sign says until 10:30 on the weekends so I thought this was normal) when I got down there the blonde haired girl with a sour smile told me it was closed (based on all of our interactions she seemed to enjoy being rude for the sake of it). I said ‘ok I want a refund then for the breakfasts’ and she said no and literally raised her voice at me just below a yell and told me it was my fault for being late (which again, wasn’t clear on anything they had posted as many places consider Friday the weekend). There was clearly still grab and go food available and out because she hadn’t cleaned up yet so I said then ‘I’m taking a croissant and a yogurt, I paid for this’ and she nastily barked back at me ‘Fine but just the croissant’. I proceeded to take both at which point she literally started closing the shutters on my fingers. The next day they did actually close at 10:30 and so I went for breakfast. As mentioned above it was disgusting but I wanted to take what was edible up to my room so I could eat peacefully as I had a headache due to not sleeping well the night before and they were playing pop music from a shrill tv speaker. I proceeded to carry my tray toward the elevator only to be chased down by the blonde haired girl again and told it was not allowed to eat it in the room. When I asked why she just scrunched her nose and put on that same sour smile and repeated herself. I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels all the way down to roadside motels and hostels and I have never stayed anywhere with such prison like rules and such terrible people enforcing them. But never offering help. This was supposed to be a small vacation as I am burned out but I left feeling far more stressed than when I came. Seriously avoid this place if you can. PS: They are now lying in the response about the times I showed up for breakfast. I was there no later than 10:10 the second day and restock or no the quality of the food provided is abysmal, disgusting, and not at all worth the price. Also just giving me a nasty face and saying 'no' is not clearly explaining a rule. There is a desk in the rooms and they dont clean the bathrooms any way so this hygiene excuse is BS. Stay at a better hotel and you can even get breakfast delivered to the room!"

"The location is on the side of the highway and is a quiet area. It is annoying to enter the parking lot with a code, you have to get out of the car and enter the code every time. Other than that, the prices are reasonable. Good for the 1-2 day staying"

"Great location on a quiet street close to nice grocery stores and a short drive to beautiful river park by the university. Room was clean and beds had nice linens and pillows. Breakfast was good but the eggs were terrible mushy slop made from powder."
