"Would not stay here again. Pros: - Good location - Decent rooms - Nice hot shower Cons: - We booked a double room, but got two small beds pushed together :( - We arrived at 8pm on Saturday, there was no reception staff until Monday. - We were given a code to collect our room key from a lock box, the lockbox was empty. We called the phone number, they gave us the code to another lockbox, it was also empty. They told us they'd call back with a resolution but never did and didn't answer our calls. In the end we managed to open the other lock boxes without having been given the codes, and found our key had been placed in the wrong lockbox. - There was litter on our balcony and under our bed. - There is a sign in the room saying that guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and take out the trash before checking out. This was not mentioned when booking, the description advertised 'hotel services'."

"I had my worst experience ever at this hotel. They stole 700 Euros from my room, and the hotel did not took responsibility. I arrived to my room and the first thing I noticed was that room service went to clean my room, but they left it half done. It means the bed was made but the trash was there and the dirty towels as well. Then I noticed that all my belongings were out of order and in different positions from where I had placed them. I had left my money hidden in the room in a backpack, and the theft found it. The hotel promised me that they have an insurance company and they were going to refund the money that was stolen from me at the hotel, but after they told me they are not going to pay anything. Unfortunately, there are no cameras in the floor where that happened so police cannot do much. Even though the hotel know it was the fault of room service, they told me that they cannot do anything for me. This is a very ridiculous situation on their behalf, and I highly recommend every body to not go to that hotel."

"It was the worst stay at this aparthotel. Despite the location being close to the tourist attractions, it's not worth it. The staff is rude, even one of them slammed the door in my face and didn't even apologize. I sent a complaint email and the hotel just didn't respond. Another thing is that you have to take out the garbage from the kitchen, otherwise, an extra fee is added. They enforce their rules but don't know how to treat customers well. There are hotels nearby and better than this one. I don't recommend it to anyone."

"very nice appartment with fully equipped room, friendly staff and high security. I stayed there for 3 months. The location is just great with walking distance to the main bus station of Aix en Provence as well as the City center. There are supermarket, shopping malls and all facilities nearby. Room quality is good as well. There is also reception counter which helps to received your delivery if you are not at home. The check in and check out is fast and easy."
