"A great place near the centre, very convenient with a bar across the from the hotel and a store just up the road. I didn't use the hotel restaurant area as i wanted to experience the local cafes, but it looks great. I got a double room and it came with a microwave and a small kitchen with plates, pans, etc. and ample bathroom and a separate toilet. The staff here are amazing too and so helpful. when I arrived I left my mobile in the taxi, Amine and Hugo helped a lot to get hold of the taxi driver who brought it back. you couldn't ask for better staff. I totally recommend this place and if or when I come back to Aix-en-Provence, I will definitely come here again."

"Very good vibes overall! The receptionist was lovely and welcoming. The place is dog-friendly, which was a big plus for us. Our room was clean, spacious, and modern, with a big bathroom and a well-equipped kitchenette (even though we didn’t use it). The location is perfect, just a one-minute walk from the centre ville, so you’re super close to everything but without the crowds right outside your door. Great value for money for a 3-star hotel. Would definitely stay again!"

"Average over all. We stayed 3 nights last week and was upgrades to an apartment. Room was spacious and has nice, new furniture. But the recent renovations left sloppy finishes on walls, around corners, grout, etc. which bothered me. It's a basic hotel with basic services. It's a 10- to 15-minute walk to most attractions with some restaurants and grocery stores nearby. 15 minutes walking from the train station with no public transportation. On-site laundry available (€6 for wash, €4 for drying I think). Safe. N'espresso machine in lobby, €2. Breakfast, €18. Strong A/C. Small bathroom."

"I went with a large group of people for a university trip and was placed here by the school of IAU. For starters, many things inside of the hotel room were broken upon arrival and were never fixed throughout our 3-week stay. The TV was broken and pixelated, the lamp was broken, outlets sparked and were falling out of the walls, and the rooms were very inconsistent after speaking to other members of our group. There is a hole where a deadbolt is supposed to (or used to) be, but there is no way to secure yourself inside the room other than the lock on the handle. Many people within our group had issues of housekeeping and other employees knocking once on their door and immediately entering the room without asking, which can be very scary for young women staying in the hotel rooms alone. Some members of the group ended up having to prop their brooms against the door at night, just in case someone entered without asking. One morning we were woken up by knocking at the door, and were asked if we could be out of our room in 5 minutes for them to clean it, or we would have to wait another week for cleaning. Another large issue that we had was an item going missing from someone's bedroom after housekeeping cleaned, and when we asked the front desk about the possibility of it being accidentally taken to the laundry, he laughed in their face. It took over a week for them to take the issue seriously, and we had to wait more days to get the item back. The lobby of the hotel had water leaking from the ceiling and consistently smelled like sewage day in and day out for the 3 weeks we were staying there, which was not that pleasant when trying to eat in the restaurant connected to the building. Lastly, if you want to do your laundry throughout your stay, there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer in the entire building, which costs a total of 10 Euros for 1 load of laundry. Even when using the highest setting in the dryer, our clothes were consistently wet, and we had to lay our items out in our room for the rest of the day to fully dry them. Overall one of the worst places I have ever stayed in, and felt very unsafe throughout my duration of the stay."

"If you want to sleep late this hotel is not for you. The place is under renovation and the noise at 8:30am is to make you deaf. That said, nights are very pleasantly quiet. The staff is very nice and helpful, but when you have problems it takes too long to get it resolved. I waited almost 2 days to get the curtains and a head light repaired. The first room I was given was dirty, the bed was not made right. I got another room, cleaned but smaller with defective curtains and headlight. It seems that when issues arise, the staff has to call outside technician, hence the delay in responding efficiently. There is « room « for improvement. One of the hooks in the bathroom fell out, it never got replaced. For the price this is not a good value."
