"Good location especially if you have the rooms with the pool and mountain view. 15 min from Aix en Provence downtown. Cleanliness is normal, do not expect a very clean room. Room readiness is always late. AC in the apartment."

"Everything was horrible. We made a certain booking to get 2 balconies becausewecame with 2 dogs, and when we arrived, they told us that they hadn't got any balcony, but we realised that they had some so we went to the office to get at least one for the dogs but they couldn't but they charged us for the price of the room with balcony and another charge for the dog wich i think its unfair anyway don't go there"

"I don't know what became of the review I left of my stay in this hotel? It is not the review that I left. First know that this place is NOT in Aix en Provence but a nearby town with no evening transport after 8 PM so if you don't have a car it's Uber or Taxi and nearly 30 euros which still makes it cheaper than those in Aix but not as practical. I had no remote control in the room for the TV and never got one given to me for the 3 days I stayed. Also the pool was closed for repairs which I didn't know until I got there but the price was the same for the room in spite of these issues. I was told I would get a discount but didn't. The staff are all very nice which is of course very pleasant but the office closes quite early and after that there's no one to go to. The photo I posted is the view from the room I stayed in. The sofa bed was comfortable. I had friends in a similar room in Aix but paid around 300€/night with breakfast which is ridiculous! There is a bus near the hotel which takes around 45 min to the central fountain of Aix. With my room breakfast was 11€ extra so I just had coffee. I hope this helps"

"We rent two rooms and one room doesn't work the bathroom light. Front women try to fix it, but still doesn't work... she changed the room without reluctance. We are satisfied service. For the short stay is ok. For the long stay, I think kitchen tools are not enough. Anyway we enjoyed the stay."

"it was an awful experience!! the residence felt more like a workers camp than a holiday accommodation! We had a very disturbed individual in out block of residence (two doors from us) who seemed to be permanently drunk or high, shouting and crying super loud and even smashing the furniture in his room late at night. We reported this at the reception hoping that the local security will deal with it. Nope, we were told that all rooms are booked and they can't move us...so, we stayed there for 2 days and the guy continued to shout, cry, smash ...as usual! we did not sleep for 2 nights, fearing that we will have our door smashed or worse...So definitely to be avoided!!! Will complain to Expedia and ask for our money back as this was one of our worst travel experiences!!!"
