"This 3-star hotel is located in La Duranne, about 15 minutes by car from Marseille Airport. Getting there by bus, however, takes more than an hour. Check-in: Standard check-in time is 16:00. I arrived at 14:05 and was charged €15 for early check-in. Additionally, there’s a city tax of €40.92 for 6 nights and a €150 deposit (presumably in case of damages). Staff & Service: The staff were friendly and polite throughout my stay. Room & Hygiene: For me, hygiene is the most important factor — and unfortunately, the rooms were below average in cleanliness. The beds and pillows looked okay at first glance, but upon closer inspection of the pillows, I decided not to even check the mattress. The room included a small kitchen with basic dishes, utensils, and cutlery, but they were not clean, so I had to wash everything again before use. Overall: For the price, I suppose you can’t expect much more in terms of amenities, but hygiene standards really need improvement. I hope management will implement a stricter cleaning policy in the near future."

"I had a wonderful stay at Apart City Hotel! I want to especially thank Valerie and the whole team for their outstanding service. They were incredibly kind, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their attention to detail truly made a difference and made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back."

"Our recent experience highlighted several issues: 1. The 5-euro daily parking fee is unreasonable, especially after spending 1,000 euros for a 7-night stay for four. 2. The cleaning service was inadequate; despite our requests, only minimal cleaning was done, and disposal of garbage was our responsibility, which was disappointing given promises of comprehensive service for stays over 5 nights. 3. Breakfast options were limited and repetitive, consisting mostly of eggs, ham, cheese, and croissants. Nutella ran out on the second day and wasn’t restocked for three days, adding to our frustration. 4. A foul smell from cooking in neighboring apartments affected our comfort. Proper ventilation or air fresheners would help improve air quality. 5. Common areas were dirty, creating a negative impression of the hotel. 6. The building and apartments are outdated, requiring modernization for a better guest experience. 7. Renovations are necessary to enhance accommodation quality and improve guest satisfaction. 8. We were disturbed at 7 AM by maintenance cleaning sunbeds, which disrupted our rest and privacy. 9. The entry system was cumbersome, requiring us to exit vehicles for entry codes. A keypad installation would improve access. 10. The deposit policy feels unnecessary since the rooms are prepaid, adding inconvenience. 11. Overall, the value for money is poor; it seems more suitable for a brief stopover than a vacation stay. 12. Lastly, the non-functioning television detracted from our satisfaction."

"Stayed there for few months for work in a T2 apartment. The place is good but not for long stay periods. The room is good and gets cleaned once a week. The kitchen was small but good to prepare basic meals. The soundproofing was good with the outside world but in the corridor, I could hear the people the people in their apartments and once noises you don’t really want your kids to hear."
