"Excellent service. The woman at reception could not be nicer. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. Plenty of free parking.Aix center is an easy 20 minute walk. Excellent pizza across the street and 5 bakeries within 5 minutes."

"Small, but clean rooms. Nice bathroom. Continental breakfast, with freshly backed pastries. Not really close to the city. You can use a parking lot near the hotel. All in all: good services for this price."

"Inside rooms looks much better than outside of building. Friendly receptionist, very comfortable bed, good value French breakfast."

"One of the worst experiences. Especially in service. As I am not French, but I do speak french very well (I have lived in Paris for some years in the past), I called the hotel to take some information before I book it. I planned to stay 2 days only. I saw that it is located a bit far from the center, so I called to ask if it is easy to go to the center of Aix en Provence by transportation and they told me that there is a bus station in 100 metres. Which is true, but théy forgot to inform me that there is no bus after 21:00 (this is an information that I am not obliged to know, but the director acted as if I had to. And not only that! She said "why you didn't look in the internet to get information for the transportation?". But, this is why there is a hotel reception. In case I choose to take information from the hotel directly than in the internet, in which I might get a wrong information. Today, the director of the hotel implied that it was a misunderstanding because of the language (It is not a misunderstanding because of the language, trust me. If I do not understand something in french, I ask again saying "I did not understand ") and that the point of view is different, and that the best thing she can do is to reimburse me for tonight, in case I want to leave and stay in another hotel, which is something that I asked for yesterday but they denied to do it. So I was blocked in a remote area, isolated and being obliged to pay a taxi to go have a walk in the centre ville and get back. She also said that all of their clients get back on foot. I am not "all clients". Each client has different needs. I do not want to walk in the middle of the night in a dark, remote, unknown to me, with no people around, area. Yesterday there was availability and a good offer at booking for a hotel in the center (and in a better price than Adonis), but today there is not. A! She also told me"if you decide to leave you must do it untill 11:00 that it's the check out". Unprofessional behaviour, at least."
