"I pulled a bottle off the shelf that looked interesting and asked about it. I expecting a pretty generic description that would just help me decide if I’d like it or not. I have never had a wine’s flavor described to me more specifically and accurately in my life. Seriously, it was like a magic trick. 10/10 would recommend this place."

"York Cellars is a neighborhood gem. It's also the smartest and friendliest wine store I've found in Brooklyn. They carry a selection of uncommon wines that's unmatched in my experience. But equally important, their "$17 and Under" table is a great go-to for fun, high quality yet affordable options. They're also big advocates for small producers and woman-owned wineries. You can't leave this place without taking some new bit of wine wisdom with you. Can you tell I'm a fan?"

"Without fail, the employees (and owner) of York Cellars are professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and downright kind people. The wine is excellent, the delivery is prompt and consistent, and I've never had any issues. Completely painless every time, and they're always ready to recommend me something based on my preferences. Would absolutely recommend to anyone."
