"This place is amazing! I called the store to ask about their products specifically the Kenzo White Denim Varsity jacket and the saleswoman on the phone was so helpful and kind. Their promotion and additional sales were too good to say no, and I'm glad I did because after I made the purchase, the size was sold out. Within the hour, my order was shipped and was delivered the next day! The jacket was exactly what I was looking for (and shopping online for weeks to find a good deal on Kenzo ain’t easy). I will be ordering from Capsule NYC more and next time I’m in New York, I will be sure to stop by their W 125th store! Thank you, thank you, thank you!"

"I’m glad I didn’t let a few bad reviews stop me from shopping , you can’t always go by that cause my own personal experience was wonderful from the good customer service to processing my order quickly. I even had to exchange the large that I purchased for a medium and once again the customer service was excellent , I was given a lot of information about the product itself and they made sure I got the medium sized jacket which ended up fitting perfect for me .. the merchandise/ customer service will def have me making future purchases !"

"TLDR: 7 day return policy is a joke. They just want to take your money, don’t shop here. They don’t even have real customer service. You’re gonna have to go back and forth on emails and who wants to do that? I usually don’t write reviews. In fact this is my first review on Google. I made big purchase with Capsule and I wanted to return a couple of items and unfortunately I was out of town and wasn’t able to adhere to their strict return policy of 7 days written in the fine print. They ended up giving me a gift card with the cost of the items minus shipping and additional fees (how much more frugal can you get?). Now I have a gift card with a bunch of money, most of their items are sold out and it’s a mess. Worst customer experience ever. I’m surprised the gift card doesn’t expire, that’s the only good thing about this situation. Scammers"
