"Great experience shopping here! We came in after visiting several other thrift and vintage stores with no luck. Walter was just opening back up after the rain and pulled many pieces for us to try on from around the store and from his van, he had a great eye for pieces that would suit and fit my partner and was helpful in answering our questions. Will definitely be back!"

"I have a wide enough back that I have difficulty fitting into all but some overcoats that I’ve tried on. I came on Thursday and didn’t find anything that fit, so Walter invited me to come back over the weekend where he offered to bring a few new articles. One of them fit me perfectly (pictured), and it’s in great condition—as are all the other articles. The price is solid for what you’re getting since there is a lot of stuff that you will not be finding at other shops. If I am back in the area, I will certainly be visiting again."

"I understand why some people are upset. Walter is pretty old school and not everyone can handle that. He’s a great dude with a great memory. He doesn’t put prices on anything, you ask him. First I went t tried to talk him down and he got kinda ticked. I tried to came back weeks later to see if the price is different - it wasn’t and he remembered everything about me. Pretty surprised by that. Overall he has a great collection and I think it’s actually a really good value. I bought some items and would come back for more."

"Found this place by chance. I can tell he has really good eyes on clothes. If you have a chance to visit North Williamsburg, just drop by and look through his hangers. If you’re a gown lover, you’ll love this place."
