"I brought my iPhone 16 to be repaired after the front and rear glass were shattered. I paid $470 for the repair, under the agreement that genuine Apple parts would be used. After the repair, I immediately noticed that my camera, Face ID, and other functions were no longer working. I later confirmed with Apple that the parts installed were not genuine — they were cheap knockoff components (identified as “Temu parts”). I had been told I was paying for genuine Apple parts, but instead I was misled and charged a premium price for counterfeit replacements. When I returned to discuss this with the technician, instead of handling the matter professionally, he responded with disrespect, cursing, and yelling at me. I remained calm and respectful throughout the interaction, but was treated poorly despite being a paying customer. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I want to warn others: this shop does not use genuine parts as promised, and their customer service is unprofessional and hostile when confronted"

"I can’t say enough good things about this phone repair shop! From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was in good hands. The staff was super friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. They diagnosed my phone issue right away and explained everything to me in a way that made sense — no confusing tech talk or hidden fees. The repair itself was lightning fast. I dropped off my phone with a completely shattered screen and within an hour, it looked brand new again. They even threw in a free screen protector, which was such a nice touch! Prices were very fair, especially considering the quality of the work. You can tell they actually care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It’s so rare to find a place these days that’s honest, efficient, and genuinely committed to doing a great job. If you’re looking for a place to fix your phone, this is it. Don’t waste your time anywhere else. Highly recommend to anyone who wants fast, reliable service with a smile. I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever need repairs again (but hopefully not too soon)!"
