"I do Uber eats for a living and I think this place is fabulous. Everything well stocked and organized and easy to find staff super pleasant. I’ve seen all the derogatory reviews left and I disagree with them. They are not miserable. They do smile and they do greet. I love this place and I can’t wait to go back."

"Literally the nastiest and most unpleasant check out staff in all of midtown. I have given Westerly several opportunities because the selection is fabulous but every time I go I am met with incredibly rude people at the front. The older blonde woman today who scoffed in my face and rolled her eyes and ignored me when I said, “Hi! How are you?” was the FINAL straw. I won’t return. I’ll just go to Whole Foods. I know this review will mean absolutely nothing to Westerly because they obviously pride themselves on a culture of rude, unprofessional and nasty check out lane employees."

"There are a few things that are especially notable about this place. Yes, it's a great grocery store that caters to pretty much every dietary and health need, and yes they carry many special products including a great coffee selection and to-go foods, and yes their soup bar is excellent and they have a smoothie bar and high quality vitamins and supplements that are often on sale, but the staff are also so consistently helpful, friendly, and wonderful. So you should go here. Whether you need gluten-nut-soy-free crackers for holiday charcuterie, your hair is falling out because of these trying times, or you just want soup, you should go here."

"My god, this place has everything. I was able to get some lentils and seeds in bulk by weight. Produce was great, though a little on the expensive side. They have a lot of brands that are hard to find at an average health-conscious grocery store. A deli and smoothie counter at the back. On top of this, there's a plethora of supplements and superfoods – anything you need for your regimen."

"Bel Gioso Mascarpone was only $4.19. Has juice/smoothie bar in the back (reasonable prices for NYC). Also has bulk nuts, rice, seeds, dates, dried papaya, coffee beans from Jim’s organic coffee. Bulk coffee includes several light roast options (though some are flavoured and some ‘light’ roasts don’t look very light). Cheapest sea moss gel was 20/lb."
