"Sighs, the weekend was a store in adored shopping in. Until a day ago I visited the store, the owner seemed very pleasant but the worker that had light eyes and hair in a bun was harassing me. As much as I appreciate the variety of clothes in this particular store im afraid that the interaction with the sales girl has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will never shop here again in the future. Sincerely a disappointed shopper. And yes I did purchase something that day all though the customer service was harassment I didnt want to spite myself. However never again management pls find another worker"

"I usually shop here for my Vacation clothes here n have spent bout 3 to 4 hundred at a time. Went to weekend to buy n the girls we're rude. Speaking with loud indirects across the room to each other. In my opinion the owner lost the more money I was ready to spend but I paused cause of attitude from his workers. You should think about putting people with different ethnic race to work for you, To get along with everyone. Remember, customers are always boss spending money with a business cause without customers to provide money. There is no business. There's more customers but you lost this 1. ...good luck."

"Dear Manager/Store Owner I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received yesterday during my recent visit to your store. Previously, I had enjoyed shopping at your establishment, but my experience on my last visit was less than satisfactory. The young women working in the store displayed unpleasant attitudes and failed to provide any assistance when I asked questions. This is particularly concerning as the majority of the merchandise being sold is unattractive. Moreover, I was dismayed to learn that I was unable to return an item that did not fit, despite having visited the store the previous day. This policy is unreasonable and should be reconsidered. I would like to emphasize the importance of customer service in your industry. Your staff members are in a customer service position, and they should be providing help to customers, regardless of the number of questions they ask. It is also crucial that they refrain from using their phones while on duty. I would like to suggest that you provide your staff with the necessary training to improve their customer service skills. Additionally, I would like to request that you update your website, social media pages, and other platforms to ensure that your customers are aware of your products and services. As a loyal customer, I am disappointed by my recent experience and will be seeking out other clothing stores for last-minute outfits. "I’ve been coming here for years and has always been a last minute go to place that always gets me right. Beware of the new staff. There is a young thin girl with a nose piercing that has a very nasty attitude. One long term customer lost."
