"WOW! Victor is one of the greatest! I am short and a little thick around the legs. I always have to get my pants a size up. So basically every pair of pants I have Victor has fixed for me to fit me perfectly! If I want to wear them baggy he can do it! If I want them fitted to my curves, HE CAN DO IT! Victor never disappoints me. I’ve recommended him to so many people. I love Victor he’s a great time. Sometimes I hang out a little longer after I drop off and pick up. "He is so rude that he ruins your mood for the entire day. I went in with a pair of pants to hem. He told me to go back anytime Tuesday. I show up on Tuesday. He couldn't find my pants anywhere. While he was video chatting with someone, he casually helped me look for my pants. 15 min or so later, we finally found my pants, all crumbled up. Then he continued to video chat while I waited with my impatient and hungry toddler outside of the door. I went in three times over a 20-minute span to ask whether he is done, he never even started because he was still video chatting. Then he finally got done with the video call, spent 1 minute hemming my pants. Of course, the edge of the pants was all uneven. He handed me my pants and took my cash without saying thank you or bye, of course. The entire time, he never apologized for not having done the job on time as he promised, not being able to find my pants, and keeping me waiting. Just eye-opening how terrible paid services can be."

"I’ve been going to Victor for over 12 years and will not go anywhere else. He is a true artist and knows best when it comes to tailoring a garment to fit you perfectly. His customer service style is curt but the quality of his work is why I bring him most of my clothing. Over the years he has tailored almost all of my pants, dresses and a few coats. It makes me sad to see a lot of negative reviews on here as this is by far the best place to go for alterations and repairs."

"Victor is great. I took a suit jacket over to him for a standard alteration (take in the back), $25. Same simple alteration at my neighborhood dry cleaner... $70. A friend had two pairs of pants hemmed. One of them was a pair of jeans where she wanted to keep original edge etc.... you know what I'm talking about. $10. For both pairs. Good work, great hours (he stays open until 8pm and might even be open on Sundays, which is unheard of)."
