"Impossible to miss in this corner of town, especially on a cold winter’s night. The bright shop bursting with colors radiates warmth around the block and will likely prove irresistible if its light reaches your eyes. Venchi locations in manhattan are all similarly festive, but this one seems to benefit from residing in a slightly dimmer corner of town, allowing it to shine much like a lighthouse. Oh, and the chocolate and gelato are delicious, as always 😄"

"Food: 5 Stars Service: 4 Stars Ambience: 4 Stars Value: 5 Stars Overall: 4.5 Stars I stumbled upon Venchi in NYC after dinner, and it ended up being the perfect way to close out my evening. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a festive display of holiday chocolates—beautifully arranged and honestly so tempting. Even though I skipped the chocolates this time, the gelato selection caught my eye right away. The shop offers a small but thoughtful range of flavours, and I decided to go for a regular cup with one scoop of their classic pistachio gelato and one scoop of the Dubai chocolate pistachio. While Venchi is definitely on the pricier side, the portion size made it well worth it. The pistachio gelato was the standout—rich, nutty, and incredibly authentic without any added colouring. It tasted like real pistachios, and I was genuinely surprised by how true the flavour was. The Dubai chocolate pistachio was indulgent in its own way, with a deep chocolate base complemented by that same pistachio richness. Together, the two flavours were the perfect balance. Service was decent overall. The staff were polite, though the shop didn’t have enough indoor seating, so I ended up enjoying my gelato outside on a cold winter night. Despite the chill, it was still a lovely experience. If you’re wandering around NYC and craving something sweet—especially high-quality gelato—Venchi is absolutely worth a visit. "We came across this amazing shop on our way home from dinner. It was a wonderful way to end our evening. They have an amazing display of chocolates ready for the holidays and a small but nice selection of gelato flavors. We passed on the chocolates but not on the delicious gelato and crepes. We ordered some cremino flavored gelato on cones that were delightful. We also ordered two different crepes that also did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and welcoming. They have a few sitting spots inside and a few tables and chairs outside."

"We came here for a sweet treat and souvenirs for the family. Weve been to other locations so we knew we were in for a good time. The gelato and chocolates were as good as always. We love the tiramisu gelato and the pistachio gelato for dessert. I have yet to have a chocolate from here I didnt love! I would like to especially thabk the staff for being extremely thoughtful, attentive, and giving us a great experience. In just a 1 minite interaction they left an impression Ill remember for years."
