"If you want to buy something there, think carefully beforehand because if something is damaged, you might not have the patience or time to wait for someone to help you and return it. I bought a mattress that fell apart after four months, it was unbearable to sleep on, and it took two months to process my complaint. There's a lack of professionalism; everyone does whatever they want, which is nothing. You could count the number of buyers on one hand during the day, but when you call them, no one has time to talk to you. I wonder what their bosses are paying them for."

"We had to make a few decisions during our visit, and I’m really excited about the choices we made. The lady who assisted us was fantastic and really contributed to the overall positive experience. I’m looking forward to returning to select our sofa and chair set soon!"

"We visited Value City Furniture in Manahawkin to find a new king mattress and frame. The sales rep was nice and seemed knowledgeable on the products. We ordered one of the more expensive lines to help with our sleep issues. The delivery team was excellent. The reason for my two stars is after set-up we noticed the adjustable legs were not adjustable and we have to hop up onto our bed. We have visited the store to resolve the issue to no avail. I called a couple times and I was told I would receive a call back…nothing. I would not recommend this store. I was promised one thing, got another and now have been trying for months to rectify their mistake. This is no way to do business. I will not be shopping here again. Buyer beware!"

"Great experience! Mike, our salesman, was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He showed up everything we needed to see and took the time to explain in detail all the financing options ablvailible to us."

"Don’t buy anything from this furniture store. Everything looks good in the store and when you purchase something and your delivery arrives you’ll notice a couple of damages. To return it, it becomes a hassle. Be mindful that you will not get your money back only a store credit. I purchased a ottoman in August and it had some damages, called customer service got the run around, it took me a month to resolve the issue. I purchased a cocktail table since I couldn’t get my money back, and it also came with damages."
