Billy the manager helped us find exactly what we wanted and better for a good price; the delivery guys were very careful with the furniture and informed us about a scratch on the bed frame before bringing it in, which we thought was very honest and mindful; we sent it back and got a brand new one next day."

"Horrendous customer service with scummy salespeople and slimy tactics. Poor quality furniture you can get online for half the price. Delivery was late too. The people here will do anything to extract every dollar possible from you - do not trust them, and avoid this place. There are plenty of other options in the area."

If you’re financing furniture here, you are not buying it—you’re leasing it, which means by the end of the term, you could end up paying double the original price. This critical detail is not made clear upfront. Ask questions. Read everything carefully. Don’t get misled. You can’t trust this business period."

"I had an awful experience with this store! I DO NOT RECOMAND NOT EVEN TO MY ENEMIES!!! I bought a bed from them at the end of April 2025 which costed $500. After just 1 month, the bed broke (no kids jumping in it, just me and my girlfriend and we are both quite skinny)! This is ridiculous, such a bad quality and even worse customer service reply. When called the shop to let them know, in the beggining they were just avoiding me for few days. When they eventually decided to talk to me, they mentioned that they cannot do anything about it, but they can send a technician and it cost another $299 for repairing!! Are you kidding me???! Worse shop ever...to cover their mistake, they blamed me for not buying a warranty! I hope that everybody is aware now about the quality of their product!"

"Very happy with my experience in this store today. I went on my lunch break to inquire about a dresser I’d seen here recently. I found it online $200 cheaper and the gentleman in the store said they’d match the price, no problem. It was delivered without issue a couple hours later. Good customer service!"
