"Remember when New York was a city that ran on hardworking, small business owners, who take pride in their work and value their customers ? Well luckily, Tas is still keeping that old New York spirit of quality and friendliness alive. He knows his products very well and is quite the honest salesman. He’s always given me exactly what I need and not what will cost the most. He offers a wide variety of electronic services and is skilled at all of them. He replaced a defective product of mine, where it was unclear if it was wear and tear or a defect, at cost. This store is a rare gem. There’s only about 3 businesses in Manhattan that I can think of that keep this type of business ethics and TSS is one of them."

"My son had a very bad cracked screen on his i pad and it was repaired here with excellent results! Customer service here is above and beyond. I would advise anybody that has a problem with the laptop phone or whatever the case take it to this place right here I’m very very happy.! I thought the screen was gonna be beyond repair. It was very very depressing, but he did it and he didn’t charge me an arm and a leg! Actually, he beat all my expectations on repairing it for mySon!! I give him kudos and five stars!I give kudos to Taslim!A good customer service rep!❤️❤️"

"I paid $98 for an iPhone screen replacement. When I got the phone, it was working normally, however, after one day of use lines appeared on the screen, and it was glitching. I don't recommend it, I lost $98 because of their bad service and product, and now I need to take my phone to a different phone repair store close to my house so they can fix it. They also mistreated me, even calling me a scammer and threatening me with a police report because I couldn't provide the receipt at that exact time, due to me being at work and my receipt at home."
