"On a snowy Sunday afternoon, my daughter and I discovered The Town Shop on the upper west side, and Robin. We are leaving now with 8 spectacular bras and panties between us, after receiving expert, stellar service from Robin with zero pressure or upselling. Robin herself put it best ringing up the sale saying with a big smile, “Well, you both needed it!”. Please, if you live in nyc, run, do not walk to The Town Shop on Broadway. You will be so happy you did."

"Walked in to buy myself something for the holidays, but when I went to pay I was hit with a really strong weed smell from the cashier. I was taken aback when she spoke to me and had very slurred speech. I was planning to bring my daughter back to get fitted however after the poor assistance I received today and the standards shown, I will be returning the items and taking my business elsewhere."

"I love Town Shop- so many expert salespeople there to help and a nice variety of many styles of high quality undergarments and also a variety of bathing suits too. There are many salespeople there to help- I was happy that I was not rushed in any way. There is a reason why it's been around for so many years! I highly recommend Town Shop!"

"I heard about this place online and checked it out during my vacation in nyc. I am so glad I came here!! I recieved a personal and efficient treatment from the wonderful Naliah who was super nice and made my experience in the shop the best. I got myself 2 new bras that are my (big) size, fit well, look good and in my price range. Highly reccommend!"

"So glad to have “old school” bra fitting services in the neighborhood. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and listen to their customers. I especially appreciate a willingness to show you product at various price points without pushing only the highest price merchandise. Been bathing suit shopping there as well and same thing. Some prices may be a little higher but you are paying for the service that doesn’t exist in most places. And to me, this makes it worthwhile."
