Had a light tan leather pair of tennis shoes cleaned, and she even washed my white shoe strings. They always go above and beyond. Easy to give Toscana five stars."

"I bought a vintage leather hat box in France for my daughter .. it def needed some love and repair. Toscana expertly stitched the fragile leather where needed and blended in the scratches so it looked just the right amount of vintage but not beaten up."

"All I know is that I brought a very beat up thrifted green Gucci bag in expecting to just have it slightly refreshed and I actually gasped when the owner brought it out. It is artwork. "Wow, excellent place! I took my pair brand new pair of doc martens boot to get softened and stretched. They used a great amount of care because the leather is totally smooth, unmarked and totally comfortable on first trial! They offered to redo them if need be but I wore them the day of and the fit was splendid! Also, they are nice people, smiling and helpful, they know their craft and their business! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"

"I had an extremely disappointing experience at this shop. They damaged my shoes and refused to take responsibility, responding with a terrible attitude. Worse yet, when I asked them to fix the issue, they deceived me—making it appear repaired when, in reality, they had only hidden the problem. They didn’t secure the stitching inside, so the issue only became noticeable after three days—just late enough that I couldn’t argue my case. This level of dishonesty is unacceptable. If you’re looking for professional service, this is definitely not the place. They lack integrity, and I wouldn’t trust them with anything valuable."
