"In a search to replace a dining room light we came across Torino Design. First of all when we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the owner. He gave us time to explore the many lighting options he has on display in his store. We explained our space to him and he then took the time to reccommend some display options to us. Upon further discussing our taste and preference for the light we had in mind, he made a sketch and said that he could design the light that we were looking for. I had no idea that a place like this still existed. Needless to say he showed us his workshop off to the side of the store. Yes, imagine a made to order chandelier!!! Not only was this concept amazing, but his prices were better than all the lighting stores that we visited. We were told that the light would be ready in two to three weeks. Just short of two weeks we received a phone call from Torino Lighting that our new handmade to order light was ready. When we arrived to pick it up, the light was perfectly packaged so that we could transport it home. Be assured that we wanted to check the light, but in advance of that request there were pictures of the light for us to see, even with it connected to electric so we were assured that everything was in perfect working order!!! Our new light is now installed and absolutely spectacular !! If you are in need of lighting give Torino Design a try. You will be so very happy, as we are."
