"I came in with my mom to this store, she was looking for heels for an upcoming event. She has difficulty finding comfortable fits due to age, so we asked to see just a couple of options. I requested just one pair for myself, which wasn’t available in my size, and when I asked to see one more, an employee (short, round face, wearing a turquoise/green t-shirt, with her hair tied up) became visibly irritated. She responded rudely, started muttering things in Spanish (something like “only if you want, I’ll take it out,” and “look how messy it is”), clearly annoyed, and made us feel uncomfortable. Everyone in the store turned to look, she was very unprofessional. It felt like she had no interest in helping customers or even being there. This isn’t how customers should be treated—especially in a store where people come to find something special like shoes for a wedding. It was disappointing and honestly upsetting. I hope management sees this and takes it seriously, because one rude employee can ruin the reputation and atmosphere of an otherwise good store."

"Worst customer service. I entered the store today and not a single customer was there but us. The two employees were chitchatting. I was browsing the store to see if I liked anything. Those two workers did not even asked if I needed any help or anything. When I personally asked for help this employee ( don’t remember her name) looked at me and didn’t come to me right away. She gave me a look like she didn’t even want to help me. She continued chitchatting with the other employee with short hair and glasses. She took her time to come to me. She brought the sizes I needed and when I was ready to pay no one was there. They continued to chit chat. One of the employees (short hair, glasses) saw I was standing by the register and did not even say a word. Stood there for about 20 minutes till the other lady came up to me and said “oh you’re ready to pay” of course I am. I really needed the shoes and stood there patiently waiting. Teach your employees how to do good customer service. Nice shoes but worst customer service ever. If you want the best customer service I recommend going to the other nearby shoe place. They are way better than this store. Go to Fabco7/11/23"

"I actually had a great experience here, but I'm reasonably certain they stole my credit card information and have been purchasing stuff all morning."

"Two weeks ago, my mother went to this store to buy a pair of shoes for my daughter. After the daughter tried it on, it was too small. Because her mother could not speak English, she had to let me go home and return it. I went on a business trip for two weeks. When I went to this store, the owner told me that my shoes passed through and I couldn't retire. I told him that when I bought it, it was like this. He didn't listen to my explanation. It is not recommended to go to this store to buy shoes, the same shoes are more expensive than the nearby stores. If you want to buy shoes, it is recommended to check the soles, because if the soles are old when returned, the owner will not let return or exchange. Very poor service attitude"

"If you're looking for cheap shoes and horrible customer service: come here. Cashier dictates what type of US currency she will accept (won't accept coins unless they are quarters) - so if you're able to take that- by all means, support their business. I've chosen to go elsewhere. There are plenty of other stores in the area: buyer beware!"
