"I had a beautiful French antique bouillotte table lamp rewired and the old sockets replaced. Larry did a fantastic job. Toby and Larry are very professional and a delight to deal with. This is the second time I have used them, a few years ago I had two other antique bouillotte table lamps repaired and cleaned and they did a fantastic job then also, which is why I used them again."

"Toby has not resolved Complaint Number 21684177 filed with the Better Business Bureau on May 8, 2024. Failure to repair a floor lamp in a timely manner. Repeated calls to the business were ignored."

"Toby is truly a lamp whisperer! He gently massaged, corrected, tweaked and poked like a chiropractor until our very crooked leaning floor lamp got into upright, fly right shape. Took about 10 minutes... after we'd spent hours trying to level it with felt pads. His place is tiny and charming, your lamp will make new friends!!"

"I brought a very expensive lamp to get fixed and it was a total waste of energy and time the guy, I believe he goes by the name Toby, didnt fix it right, had to bring it back to him like 2 or 3 times. and to add insult to injury, he scratched it on top, damaging lamp the guy was incompetent and apart from that he was super creepy!!! and after that he didn't want to take responsibility for not fixing lamp (fire hazard, anyone!!) And damaging antic paint!"

"Honesty, Honesty, Honesty!!! I was having issues with a kitchen light and I was told to go to Clarity Lighting. I took my light fixture in and met Toby who gave me his honest opinion. He told me it would be cheaper for me to get a new fixture then to have him fix it. He could've just taken my money and fixed it, but his honesty sent me in a better direction. I would recommend you take your lighting problems to Toby, he'll do right by you. You don't see a lot of this in business anymore sadly. Thank you Toby!"
