"My daughter felt like a princess shopping in the red balloon. The sales lady gave her so much attention, helping her find the perfect clothing for her (shes quite selective with textures and styles) yet we were so successful and found enough stuff to last all season! Thank you!"

"Awful service. Mean staff. I sent my daughter to pick up something I saw on the website. No one wanted to help her. They told her to order it online. She told them that she wants the 60%off that they advertised. They didn’t want to help her. She said maybe I can pay for it and get it from your Lakewood location, but they didn’t want to. They were very mean. They deserve a 0 star. You have to understand that they don’t pick up ever the phone. The sale was only in store and only cash. My daughter walked a half a hour in the cold. Very nasty people!!!"

"Love this store! Been shopping here for years! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The girls on the floor know their stuff and are great at helping you find what style works for your child. They have entertainment for your kids so your shopping experience is easier and your kid doesn’t complain to try stuff on! Good luck to them in the second location!"
