"I purchased a Le Creuset 5.5qt dutch oven from The Peppermill online and it was delivered with damage that was not disclosed, scratches in the enamel on the bottom and lid. It's a pretty expensive item to not be in perfect quality when received. I think what bothers me most is that I tried contacting them via phone, email, and through the webform and never received a response back. I would have paid for return shipping so that a replacement could have been sent but at this point I realize I'm just stuck with this one. At least it was the right size/color and if I turn the lid to the back you can't see the damage unless you are looking for it so it is otherwise a beautiful addition to my kitchen. I'm just disappointed in the service level for a premium product."

"What a delightful store! Everything is beautifully displayed, yet accessible and and fun to select what you need. Prices seem reasonable to me. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They don't try to sell you things you don't need. I don't live nearby, but I will be coming back often."

"I never leave review for places and I've only ordered online from this place but the customer service was helpful and they even put little Christmas ribbons on the gift, added a greeting card and recipe cards! I ordered an item for a Christmas gift so I thought it was really convenient that it came decorated. Thank you guys!"
