"If I could give this guys zero stars I would! My review is to protect others from using this place. If you suspect to have a serious problem with your phone and afraid of loosing your phone's memory, DO NOT go here!!!! In January my cell suddenly shut off, I took it to this guy's, who told me that I had a motherboard failure but they can fix it. They assured me that nothing will happen to my phones memory while they are fixing it. When I got my phone back, not only they didn't fix it, they flashed it and erased everything!!! Now no one is able to help me restore the phone's memory!!!! Beware!!!!"

"I got to this store to fix my phone And my iPod. It cost me $400 The next day my phone it’s not working and I want to back there to fix it he took it for a week and then he called me he said he fixed it. I used it for week and it’s not working now more Even the iPad the screen goes out He said I have to change the battery he charged me for the battery and it’s not working. They lie like they breathe I will never go to this store again They are scammers"

"I went to get my phone fixed and was very nice to the lady and in return I was treated very disrespectfully. Poor customer service. They have a display of boost mobile phones and the lady was insisting they don’t deal with boost mobile. This store comes up on boost mobiles website but should not be affiliated with them. Bad attitude problem and I cannot recommend. I hope they treat other customers better than they treated me."

"10/10 recommended!! The customer service was remarkable. The prices to fix a screen are very affordable. They got the job done in less than 45 minutes. They also have a wide variety of phone cases to choose from."

"The store is clean and roomy, and the customer service is exemplary. I had an antique phone that needed the phone jack wires stripped and crimped to a new jack. It was a difficult job due to the unusually small diameter of the wires. The guy at Tech Square did it for me in a couple of minutes at a great price. Since the wires weren't color-coded like modern wires, he even offered to switch them around for me if I discovered that the phone still wasn't working. That wasn't necessary, as he got it right the first time. The employees were gracious throughout the process, which I would sum up as pleasant in every possible way. Definitely recommend this place 👌."
