"If you are someone that wants to make a statement you've got the right place!!!!!!!! They always have something original I can add to my packages:) And most importantly something most buisnesses don't believe in. "CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE KEY TO SUCCESS" The busiest times and still the nicest customer service!!! I was soo impressed!!!!!! A shout out to Mr. Shulim!!!"

"Horrible customer service. Sent me my order missing two major items of candy but substituted different flavors without my permission. Ordered two boxes of banana chips, the entire box was packed so poorly that the banana chip container arrived crushed and the chips were all over the bottom of the box, inedible. I tried contacting Sweetnes several times to rectify the situation but they never returned my messages. I had to file a claim through PayPal again them to get my money back and then another to get my original shipping. I would look elsewhere for your kosher goods, they aren’t nice people to deal with."
