"terrible customer service, I had to ask 2 employees to bring out a hoodie because the first one never did after 10 minutes of waiting. then as I'm about to purchase the hoodie, the cashier asks to see my ID to make sure It's really my card. obviously didn't end up buying the hoodie, and as I'm leaving, security wants to check my bag to make sure I didn't steal anything. Crazy racism this location could SMD, Def go to the location in soho, never experienced this BS there."

"My experience was good. Staff seemed to go the extra mile knowing I travelled from Canada. The inventory was pretty good, left with 4 things. Only 2 items I wanted were not in stock in my size."

"Staff were really friendly, much better than my experiences in Paris and London. In-store selection was well curated and the staff answered my questions about stock availability from previous drops. I went here on the weekend, so can’t share an experience on queues or tickets, as there was no queue whatsoever on my visit. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchases, the staff attentiveness and their friendly approach, and will be coming back here again in a few weeks."

"Terrible customer experience, the employee screamed at me because I unfolded some sweatshirts to see them. When I asked them for my size they wouldn’t even be bothered to check, they just said “we don’t have it” I don’t get why the attitude, you wanna pretend to be a fancy boutique that’s fine by me but then act the part completely with good customer service, or just let me help myself to the clothes I need."

"Super cool staff. NYC skateboard legend Jefferson Pang helped us out and let us skate the bowl (after verifying my son knew how to skate transition and after we signed a waiver). We went on a Tuesday at 2 pm and there was no line. Super mellow."
