"I had a disappointing experience trying to buy a new pair of shoes here. I specifically wanted a pair of ON shoes because I prefer their less "sporty" look. The sales lady took measurements and noted my feet are slightly different sizes. Instead of showing me my preferred brand, she immediately recommended a pair of Brooks sneakers and special insoles. When I asked to try another type of sneaker, she replied that it wouldn't give me the support I needed. I trusted her expertise and bought the Brooks and the insoles. Unfortunately, I now find the sneakers to be too narrow and I really wish I had stuck with my original choice. I'm disappointed that my preference for the ON shoes was completely dismissed."

"After getting bruises on my toes, I came in during lunch break to quickly get a pair of running shoes that fit me well for the upcoming NYC Marathon. I have some time to break in the shoes still so kept an open mind on which model to choose. Socrates helped me scan my feet and explained the best shoes and insole for the shape of my feet. I tried on 2 different models and a few different sizes. He helped me test out the shoes and made sure I have enough space in the shoes so my toes are safe in a long run. Socrates himself is a runner who ran many marathons himself, so i feel assured that he understands the needs of training and long distance running. I am very happy with the purchase and will come back again for my next pair of running shoes!"

"I came in looking for a new pair of sneakers for an upcoming trip where I will be doing a lot of walking. Socrates helped me find the right sneaker based on what I was looking for and my specific feet. He was clearly very knowledgeable about the differences between each shoe, and which ones would work best for me. He was able to answer all of my questions and I left feeling very confident in my choice. Unfortunately they did not have the exact color I wanted in my size, however he was very polite and understanding about it. I will absolutely be coming back next time I need a new sneaker. If you’re not sure which sneakers would work best for you, even if you’re not a runner (like me) I highly recommend coming in and letting these guys help you out!"

"Paul at the Super Running Shop is amazing. He really knows his stuff and makes finding the right running shoe easy. I first went to him 3 years ago and came back again this time just for his expertise. I even come in from Long Island into the city because I trust his advice. Super helpful and knowledgeable—highly recommend."

"I stumbled across this store in a walk around the area... with a couple minutes left to spare, I checked them out, and im glad I did! Gabriel was so helpful and helping me pick out the perfect shoe for my runs 🏃‍♀️. I wish I had come here before I went to the other store where I picked out the shoes I'm currently wearing because the comparison is just.. WOW. Thanks again, Gabriel! xx If you're looking for a shoe that will help you, especially with arched feet, check them out :) they scan your feet and tell you details no one else would have taken the time to do. They do have a flagship store, but for better customer experience, check out this location instead."
