"I bought my new trainers about 2 months ago. Fortunately, I had the help of G, who showed me various recommendations and successfully persuaded me to purchase the insoles as well while I was picky with shoe designs. G shared his own experience, assuring me to think of the purchase as an investment that wouldn't 'break the bank.' (Definitely he’s a good salesperson) While they are certainly not cheap, I am satisfied with my trainers and actually thank G from time to time. I've walked 7-8 miles at a time and haven't felt any fatigue."

"This was my first time visiting the store, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience. I was helped by Kevin, and from the moment we started speaking, I could tell he genuinely cared about my knowledge of the selections as opposed to just making a sale. He was insightful, patient, and funny. The staff overall were very personable and truly made my afternoon. I recommend this place for both new and experienced runners; these guys know their stuff!"

"Can I leave 10 stars? I’ve struggled with foot and ankle pain for years. Made the walk up to SRS to see if I could find some shoes to help. Kevin went above and beyond. Found the perfect shoes and insoles to support my flat beat up feet. Truly cares about making sure people get what’s right for them. I’ve run retail sales teams for 15 years.
