"I dropped off a deadstock (DS) pair of shoes after a sale was matched and personally inspected both shoes beforehand—there were absolutely no issues. Four days later, I received an email stating the shoes were rejected for being “used,” which is completely inconsistent with their actual condition. This is not an isolated incident. I’ve had multiple prior sales flagged under similar circumstances, including pairs that were originally purchased from StockX and later resold on your platform as deadstock. That raises serious concerns about the consistency of your authentication standards. At this point, it feels random. I’m doing my part, the shoes are deadstock, and days later the sale gets rejected for reasons that don’t make sense. There’s no clear standard and no real explanation. This has happened enough times that I’m done using the platform. It’s unreliable, frustrating, and not worth the hassle anymore."

"Avoid this website! Horrible experience! Order shoes ,poor quality, I realized after I wear them which are different color. Call the customer service , they can’t do nothing about it. Only can do is give me $12 dollars coupon code for next time purchase! That is ridiculous! This is not trust at all."

"Due to my experience I would not recommend anyone to purchase from this site. I purchased an air max 90 infrared 2015 sneaker on 10/26/25. It was $125 plus tax and shipping totaling $163.98. Although the delivery was fast, I didn't notice until the last day of eligible return/refund, that the sneaker was counterfeit. I noticed certain details on the sneaker that doesn't align with an authentic one as well as it being "dirty." The mid sole that should be white is yellowish. It's difficult to get to customer service to try to get a refund. I left a review from their automated email they sent me in the hopes someone will see it and reach out. I haven't worn the sneaker and it's sitting in dust."

"StockX has become one of the most unreliable platforms I’ve ever dealt with. They are not worth to trust. They will seize seller’s properties without providing any proof of evidence, purely based on their own decision that the item is “fake” or “unauthorized.” Even when a seller provides a legitimate proof of purchase directly from the brand, they refuse to consider it valid. The worst part is the lack of transparency. StockX claims they will “destroy” the item, but who actually knows what happens behind the scenes? There is no accountability, no proof of destruction, and no documentation. For all we know, they could be reselling the cost-free seized item on their own. The whole process feels opaque and unfair. If you’re a seller, be extremely careful. StockX has shown they can confiscate your merchandise without evidence, ignore your documentation, and shut down communication whenever you ask for proof. I will never trust them again, and I hope others think twice before sending anything valuable to this platform."

"I normally do not leave reviews, but my experience with StockX has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I placed an order for a pair of Jordan 1s (Order 77248176), and while the tracking said the item was delivered, I never received the package. The delivery photo provided by FedEx did not show my full address, specifically, it did not include my unit number, which makes me question whether it was delivered to the correct location at all. On top of that, there was a clear discrepancy in delivery dates. The FedEx tracking site showed one delivery date, while the email I received said the package was expected to arrive on a different date. I brought these inconsistencies to StockX’s attention, hoping for a fair review and some help resolving the issue. Instead, they denied responsibility, claiming they could not help because I had previously filed a one time claim. What is frustrating is that I provided the relevant information and evidence regarding the delivery issues, not StockX, and yet they dismissed my claim without any meaningful investigation. They also suggested I stop shipping to my own address in the future, which I found both unhelpful and insulting. I have been a loyal customer, but this experience has made me question the reliability of ordering through StockX. If an order goes wrong, there seems to be little accountability or customer support. I expected more from a company of this size and reputation. Sadly, I cannot recommend StockX based on this experience. If you value your money and peace of mind, I suggest being very cautious when ordering, especially if there is any chance of delivery complications."
