"Very bad quality, beware. Mattress sag in 4 days I'm only 102lbs, And They refuse to change,i throw it out. Trash,don't buy from them. They told me i have 2 year warranty,and when it had problem They say can't do anything. the mattress is 1200 use for only 4 days."

"Mattress change shape within one week, and refuse to refund me. I wake up every morning in pain. Don't buy anything from here, Waste your money and bad health. Don't pay them with cash, use credit card if anything happen u can talk to your bank."

"We brought a bed from them. Big mistake. Bed has a broken spring within a week causing back pains and impossible to sleep on for the person that needed it. They would not do anything about it saying since their no plastic, they cant do anything about it. 300 dollars wasted. Avoid at all cost."

"Okay....the quality of the items and prices are great! The staff in the store are great! The problem is with the delivery guys! The came in, did a “rush job” pulling together the bed frame (mind you they came without the mattress), then rushed out. They refused to take out the old bed and frame (guy had the nerve to ask for a $40 plus tip). They didn’t even take out the boxes the stuff came in. The owner and staff deserve 5 stars! The delivery guys just get 2 stars! If you’re excepting something from here, DON’T except the delivery guys to dump the old stuff or boxes!"

"Excellent customer service! Delivery men were very professional and friendly. While assembling our new sofa, they noticed a small tear in the leather on the back of one of the arms, in a spot I would have never noticed. They called my attention to it, and then called the owner. She then assured me they would get us a new arm by the end of the week, as soon as they could get one. Cue the next afternoon, barely 18 hours later, and the delivery driver were back at my door with the replacement piece. I love the sofa, but I really love the honesty of the workers, and the integrity of the owners."
