"Stephanie was amazing. From the moment I walked in, she was smiling, warm, and genuinely happy to help. She has the kind of personality that instantly makes you feel comfortable. She answered every question with patience, gave honest suggestions, and never made me feel rushed. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and enjoys what she does. People like her make shopping easy and enjoyable."

"My husband bought me the purse I wanted for my birthday in August, online, because this location was closed for remodeling. I LOVE my purse but after only 3 months, the strap is coming apart. I went into the store and the guy was very rude. He first asked if it were purchased in store or at a department store (does that mean department store Stella McCartney is of lower quality??). I showed the receipt and it was from Stella online. He said I’d need to take pictures and they’d send to their repair shop and would take two months to fix. That’s absurd. I told him that was silly and he gave a snobby smile and was like “happy holidays” in such a disgusting tone. I’m so saddened by this overall experience and this will be my first and last Stella McCartney."

"I’m surprised to see reviews of poor customer service but they are older perhaps that staff was let go or new training procedures were implemented because this was one of the best customer experiences I think I’d ever had and I didn’t even spend that much (for high fashion prices lol). Asia helped me when I came to browse shoes and found the perfect pair but they didn’t have my size. She said they could have it shipped over the weekend and sure enough she called me Monday and I showed up and she had them sitting by the bench ready to try on and they were perfect. I’ll definitely be back."

"My experience was poor. I called to know if they were open since Google indicates three locations and this one is the only open. I asked over the phone if they had a product in my size and they confirm it. When I visited it 45 minutes later the information provided was wrong!! They offered to ship me the product in a couple of days. When I explained that the same product was 33% off in the Adidas website the manager started to give me explanations about their policies. I just explained to her that I was going to buy the product online with a 33% discount and get it at the same time they would. She was not happy about my response so was a little nasty while I was living. Not recommended!! Go online!!!"

"Actually the worst customer service experience of my life. Took over a year and a half to get my bag repaired due to their idiocy and not sending it out or calling to tell me there's an issue. Now the want me to pay $15 to get it delivered? Are you kidding me. I will never buy Stella again - to have a bag break in less than a year of mild wear and an EXPENSIVE one at that! Go to coach, cheaper and better."
