"I had a fabulous experience both times I went to Soula. I only want to buy a pair of shoes when I put them on and they feel just right in every way. The only way I can do this is to try on lots of shoes, which is not always welcomed. I was so impressed how accommodating the sales people were and they made me feel completely comfortable every time I asked to try on another pair. I have purchased two pairs from Soula and I will definitely go back. I really want to thank the sales people for their hospitality."

"I ordered online and had fantastic service. I later realized that the parent brand for the shoes had discounted the boots a couple weeks after my order and I called asking if there was any way I could return but they were able to price match for me after the fact. The shoes were great quality."
