"I spoke to Guy about installing a unique deadbolt that I ordered online. Sent him photos and he assured that not only could he install this smart lock dead-bolt, but that I’d also be very happy with the results. While the price was somewhat higher than I expected, I firmly believe you can’t put a price on peace of mind and a sense of security! He sent over his best tech, Chris, who was thoughtful (cleaned up as he was working), informative (allowed me to make the last calls instead of upcharging), and quick (must have taken him less than 1hr to install something very high tech).
