"Very friendly and professional people over at Soled Out, I was impressed with all aspects of my purchase from the fair price, to the ship time, to the packaging! They even threw in a free shoe cleaning kit in my order (don't automatically expect them to do this for you) I definitely recommend shopping with them you certainly won't be disappointed! P.S.- Don't listen to any of the ridiculous 1 star reviews..those people certainly aren't the smartest and are either being petty or just straight up didn't read the listing description like they were supposed to or look at any of the pictures 🤦 I'll never understand how people can do that then turn around and act like it's the seller's fault 🤣"

"After calling a few places around, I called these guys to sell a pair of sneakers. From the beginning when I first called, someone picked up, I explained to him my situation, so he guided me on what to do. I then spoke briefly to the manager through email for a quote. The manager then explained to me that he was unable to do a buyout at the time, but offered me an option for consignment. Although I was really hoping for a buyout, I will say this. These guys handled everything with professionalism, customer care, curtesy, patience, and understanding, throughout the entire process. Their response time is almost instantaneous, and half of my experience was with the manager himself through email. He was fast, professional, and responded almost right away. The guy who picked up the phone was the same. When he picked up the phone the second time, he cleared up some confusion I had about their decision. Which made total sense. These guys are awesome! They definitely emphasized on customer service, and appreciation. Will recommend them to anyone!"

"blessed to be living near this store. picked up some of my favorite sneakers for super cheap - despite being used, it was super clean and well maintained. great environment and super friendly staff who even let me hold some of the rarer sneakers there. i figured i'd leave a review to help out and i would recommend this store to anyone shopping for rare, limited shoes. great store overall -Jacob (Soda)"

"I would rate 0 if I could , a very tricky and greedy seller , liar and no service at all. I bought this so called NEW shoes WITH NO DEFECTS through eBay and find out they have scratches and defect , defiantly worn , so I canceled right after order and they bully me and refuse to cancel , get the answer that shipped already [different dept from the store and they can’t reach them ], but shipping info is provided after cancel. There’s also NO return no refund , they said they could buyback for $80 less . WHF that’s a robbery ! I hope you know this before buying !"
