"I recently ordered a sleeper/couch, similar to a futon and it was just what I ordered!!! No problems whatsoever from the order, deli ery and assembly!!! I would definitely order furniture from Soho again in the future!!! Also, Rawad who assisted was pleasant truthful and very accomodating!!! Very pleased with my product!!!"

"Terrible experience. I spent $300 cash for bunk beds for my daughters. They were extremely low quality and when I asked them to allow me to pay more for better quality beds they said NO. But this was after giving me the runaround for a month. The unfortunate part is I live in Jersey City and purposely chose to buy locally rather than online to support the community. This was the worst business I could have chosen. I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN."

"If I had an option giving 0 star I would give them. My suggestion to everyone is Never Never Never go this store. They're simply fraud and liar. Some cheap and used furniture they sell in that place saying "It's brand new". I order a queen mattress from them and I waited 4 days but it wasn't delivered. I went to the store 3 times asking what's going on and the guy working there was very careless. I asked my refund but he kept saying the same thing that I'll deliver it to you. Finally the 5th day my delivery came and I saw that mattress was actually a used one. Please 🙏 save your money and go somewhere they care about their customers and don't do fraud with people. Do not go to this place."

"SOHO FURNITURE. Is not the furniture store u want to shop at. They will lie and make it seems like it your wrong doing and you it's right. My husband order my split box springs on Thursday they said it will be there Friday around 10am no one call or came, I call no answer all day Friday no answer. Saturday no one call or cam.e, Sunday the same thing. So Monday I went there for a refund he refused to give me a refund talking is driver call and there was no answer. Which was a lie cause I was home, wanted to talk to the manager he said he won't be there until tomorrow. By the time I got home from work the box springs was delivered smh I will never shop at that store again. They need to do better with there customers services and communications."
