"Ordered and item for pick up and I am calling to confirm and the employees are not answering Now they put the phone off the hook so there's no way to get through to them I will be contacting corporate and making a formal complaint against this location That I have to physically go there to check on an order instead of a 5 min conversion on the phone this is horrible"

"I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a pair of shoes online for store pickup at Queens Center. They were on sale for $80. When I opened the shoe box, I saw the price tag and went right back to the store. The staff member was kind and told me I could return and repurchase at the sale price. But then the situation turned ridiculous — the female manager came over and told me they couldn’t do anything because I wanted to price match the sale price. If this is how a store manager treats a customer who simply wants to pay the correct sale price for something they purchased from their store, then good luck with your business. This type of attitude is unacceptable and does not reflect the respectful customer service a store should provide."

"I copped my first pair of Jordan 1s here. Antonio the manager was super helpful in helping me get the shoe. He also told me about the Jordan drops and what to look for in shoes. Super helpful staff"

"If I could give ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!!!!!! I made an online purchase with Snipes for some retro 11 lows that came out some weeks ago. I finally received my package and low and behold I open my package i received the wrong shoes. Not only are they the wrong shoes, it’s shoes that haven’t been released yet (release date 5/17/25). I’m so pissed so I look to see which location it came from and it’s them. I’m calling back to back nobody’s answering because whoever package my box needs to be fired for not reading clearly. You can’t even call customer service because they don’t have an online number and you can only email them which takes forever to hear back from someone. Like how could you make this big mistake than not answering the phone is ticking me off even more. The staff members suck because no one even opened the box to see if it was the right order and I’m going to keep calling back until someone answer ! Not only that it states on those retro 11s FINAL SALE and if I don’t get the shoe I ordered or my refund it won’t be a pretty site !!!!! Whoever the onsite manager is needs to be in contact with me ASAP"
