"This store was great! I went in the store to buy a few pairs of shoes for everyday wear and the employees were nothing short of helpful and kind. The few names I got were Skyla, Rob and Samah, they were delightful. Ryan also helped retrieve the shoes from the back and helped with sizing, didn’t have to wait. Even with the store being fairly busy, they were able to balance and make it work for everyone. Definitely my first choice for a shoe store!"

"I would give this store zero stars if I could. I ordered a pair of Jordan 3s in-store to be delivered directly to the location so I could pick them up. It has now been almost a month, and I have not received my shoes, a refund, or even the option to select another product. Every time I contact them, I’m just told to “wait,” with no clear timeframe or explanation. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional—she refused to give her name when asked for it to file a complaint and even disrespected my mother by saying, “you should fix your grammar.” This behavior is completely unacceptable for a business. I am currently in the process of filing complaints with 311, the Better Business Bureau, and the Department of Labor regarding this store and its management."

"The manager is a terrible customer service worker. I was with a few of my cousins, one was buying a pair of shoes and the other two were looking at shirts. The one who was opening the shirts got yelled at for opening shirts. Manager watching us the whole time as if we were stealing and went “do yall need help bruh I need to refold all of those and we’re about to close” mind you it’s 7pm and they close in an hour. The only way to see what’s on the graphics tees is to open them up and the guy got upset for no reason. He shouldn’t be in customer service. Wish i got his name. My other cousin bought shoes too. Just very terrible experience overall. Would not recommend."
