"Went to purchase a Nike dress at the store on Eastern Parkway and Utica Avenue and was told I had to give my email address or I could not make the purchase because they could not give me a paper receipt. I was shocked because I had made purchases previously and was given a receipt. That is my personal information and I should not be forced to provide my telephone number or email address in order to complete a transaction when I am using my bank card. I won’t be going back and I actually liked the customer service prior but the new workers seem to be less social."

"Poor Customer Service . Cashier was very rude. Didn't know what I wanted . But tells me it's two other guys in the front that can help me. The two other guys in the front did previously , but I had 1 sneaker and wanted they other to make sure they both fit."

"Never receive my receipt that was suppose to sent to me by my email address.That's a serious problem! Call tonite about correcting the problem. Was told sometimes this happen on occasions! And was told My advice to others, Don't leave that Store on Knickerbocker Ave without a paper receipt. Plus management needs better training! Not a good look for them! Will definitely think twice about going to that location again..."

"Best sneaker store in my eyes, not alot of stores have my size and this store went above and beyond to make sure i get my size. Very well customer service from employees also great mangement from store management, i personally would recommend anyone to get their foot accessories from this store they go above and beyond which is great because not alot of stores do that."
