"I visited the SNIPES store on Fulton Street around 3:07 PM. The male staff were helpful and assisted me in retrieving a North Face hoodie to try on, which I appreciated. However, my experience took a negative turn when I interacted with a female employee at the cash register while attempting to purchase a pair of Nike Dunk Low sneakers. I asked her if the sneakers came with extra shoelaces. Initially, another employee confirmed that they did include extra laces. The afroamerican employee at the register appeared to not understand my question and asked me, “I don’t understand?” I had to show her a translation on my phone to clarify. After reading, she incorrectly told me that the sneakers did not include extra laces. I left the store confused and frustrated. All other employees understood me without issue. Her behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and I perceived it as discriminatory. Situations like this can create serious issues for the store or legal issues. Employees should be trained to treat all customers respectfully and professionally."

"Horrible customer service !. I greeted the young lady in the store twice and she ignored me when she was on her cellphone and looked at me like I was interrupting her phone activities. I asked her a question and she had a nasty attitude towards me for no reason and like she didn’t want to help . There was no name tag but her name is Arleni someone told me.I never want to try to shop here again. DO BETTER SNIPES 520 Fulton street Brooklyn New York."

"Terrible customer service. You literally have to beg them to get you what you need. I asked the guy to bring me my size of the shoes , he said OK placed the shoes back on the shelf and left to chill with his other coworkers. I waited for 10-15 minutes. Asked again but other person, she also seemed annoyed . After 5 mins guy came from the back and said there’s no size 10. Good job snipes"

"So first thing is people will be paying third-party services to write negative reviews about stores they're scared of, I anticipate this is primary reason for any reviews under five stars. Just walk in and see for yourself. It's ridiculous they got everything literally lined up all across and up the wall. Great customer service! Great music, vibe and floor dedicated to children, our future and I mean little baller swag. I'd like to see them and carry some Aviator Nation products, especially for kids since it's a reasonable price point to add to the already dope lineup. It's crazy if only there was some way I could try on all the items in the store I want without spending all day having to get changed and see what my friends think before making a purchase... Maybe some day"
