"The service is very bad, they didn't even pack some shirts, they made us come many times and without solving anything. The store manager gives a terrible service, she lacks more knowledge of customer service, it's a disappointment."

"Terrible customer service...they Didn't want to return an unworn item. cashier offered me only exchange.. I had the receipt..employee just didn't want to do his job.. after a few words he did his job unwilling... they need better customer service."

"The service was terrible. Yelled at me for picking up shoes (new balance) and told me they didn’t have them in my size when I wasn’t even looking for me. Yelled at my friend for not knowing what size he wore when it was his first pair of shoes in 2 years. Also wouldn’t let him open/try on a sweatshirt to see what the design was. This staff needs a complete attitude check."

"The staff in Snipes are always there to help. Their clothing seems to be good at times. I do wish their selection was a bit more bigger, but it's good enough. Overall, still a good place to go shopping for some new looks."

"Staff here are friendly and professional. Even called a sister store to ask if they had a particular product in stock. Awesome experience."
