"I went into this location near closing, and before I even stepped inside, the manager quickly snapped at me, saying, “Just so you know, I’m closing in 10 minutes.” The tone in which it was said was extremely rude and dismissive. I understand closing procedures, but there’s no excuse for treating a customer that way at any time. I immediately left without shopping. Terrible first impression. Never going back."

"Very bad customer service No greeting or asking if i need helped. I waited over 30 minutes for someone to asked what shoes nd size i needed. Very horrible service."

"Was their 5/17 @ 810-825. Dulce who claims to be the store manager, was very rude Nasty and not custumer friendly at all. She was rolling her eyes as I was looking through shirts asked me very nasty "what size I was looking for "and then rolled her eyes again to say that's all the sizes we have. What was the point of her question if she didn't care to help but just roll her eyes because she probably had extra work of folding shirts. In which i ended up finding the size she claimed she didnt have.Did she forget thats her job. Very rude to the young man working with her talking down and rudley to him in front of customers. Like degrading him. Nice professional young man whom apologized for her behavior. I wish management looks at the cameras to see how nasty she behaved, put her in some classes of etiquette. Never going back to that store rather deal with professional peeople. Willing to help and do ther job.. Dulce I pray that you don't continue to be this type of manager, it reflects poorly on managemnt and business next time just give me the other mangers name don't say some other lady."

"This store has a lot of great items and usually have the latest heat. The shelves are stocked, from shirts, socks, tees, hats and sneakers. Boots, jerseys and accessories. Associates are helpful, but one time all but one associate, a female with braces, who wasn't distracted by potential new customers and friends, actually devoted her attention into helping me, fulfill my order. Pardon the run on sentence. Store was clean , and I will probably return."
