"The employees that were there super nice people, except for the manager that was in charge. She was very rude and worried about what my kid was doing than what was really going on in the store. Even with one of the guy that was in the day shift she had him cornered and being rude to him. Instead of having a healthy work environment and being nice to the costumers and workers. I would ask her for a shoe size all she would do is snap her fingers and ask someone else to do it. Worst lady ever."

"The customer service is bad. No one working here ever asks you if you need help. They just stand around and chat with each other. Returned shoes earlier today. Person at the front counter decided to let me watch them fold up a bunch of shirts before taking my return."

"I visited this place as a tourist, and honestly, the experience was disappointing. The staff wasn’t very friendly, but the worst part was one guy with braids and brown skin( he was super rude for no reason) It felt like he didn’t want to help at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for good service. Definitely not a welcoming spot for tourists."

"Super Store. Best Prices in Brooklyn. I bought a second pair of Nike Cortez in blue. I am a fan of rare models because I have problems with my legs and have flat feet. Manager and Service at the highest level. The quality of the product is excellent, super location. Near the subway. Over the course of 6 months, Nike Cortez never let me down, nothing broke, just the sole came off. Since I walk a lot, This is a legendary Model, I had a hard time finding it in Manhattan. I visited 7 stores. Thank you very much that the description matches the model and quality. I will order and buy my next sneakers here. You guys are really cool professionals in your field, good people work here. I recommend this Location and branded items to everyone.
