"My Nanason asked me if I would order him the Casper the Ghost backpack from Spray Ground, and I looked on the Spray Ground website right away and they were sold out! I immediately went on the Chat GPT app to ask what other companies sold this exact item that were a reputable company and Sneaker Bar came up which I had never heard of before. I went on their website and easily located the Casper the Ghost backpack and effortlessly ordered it. I reached out to customer service by email with a question and received a quick response back. I literally received the backpack in less then a week's time. It was delivered today and the quality is excellent! I filled it with some school supplies and I am going to add some favorite snacks and of course candy and surprise my Nanason with it this Sunday!! Thank you so much Sneaker Bar for the amazing service! I know my Nanason is going to be very happy when he sees it!! I now have a new website to order from that I can trust!!"

"Terrible, just terrible. Paid $250 for messed up sneakers. Took it back once we realized it and the “best” he can do was give $50 credit….. the owner didn’t want to replace them because a hair was in the sneakers mind you when we bought them they were the last pair and they were the ones that everyone tried on. So he complained about a crease. Never again. I will never ever recommend anyone. Will also be reporting to the better business bureaus"

"I had been looking for a backpack that has been sold out everywhere I’ve looked online. I then stumbled across their website and saw the backpack. I must admit I was skeptical and unsure if the item was in stock. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of finding out that the item was out of stock and having to wait days for a refund like with past sellers and websites. So I decided to travel to the store in the Bronx and asked for the item in person. The staff was very understanding and nice. I then finally recieved the backpack after many upsets. Without a doubt, five stars from me. Thanks SneakerBar, I hope to shop again!!!😀"
