"Valerio was a fantastic person to talk to. We came in with no idea about mattresses or like very little idea. And Valerio really had the patience to guide us through each and every aspect of what it takes to choose the right mattress for yourself. He was extremely patient and let us sleep on each and every mattress that we wanted to test out with with no rush whatsoever. In the end we got what we wanted. Thanks to Valerio's amazing customer service. Will highly recommend the store to every anybody else."

"Outstanding Service & Amazing Mattress Buying Experience I just bought a new condo and was out shopping for a good deal on a new mattress. I walked into this mattress store on my way to Macy’s thinking I’d just take a quick look and I’m so happy I stopped in. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted near the entrance by an associate named Valerio, who was incredibly kind and extremely knowledgeable about every type of mattress in the store. Valerio took his time asking me thoughtful questions about my sleep habits, what I like, what I don’t like, and what my priorities were. He guided me through several options without any pressure, giving clear explanations and helpful comparisons that made it easy to understand what would work best for me. His professionalism and patience really stood out. What impressed me most was how valued he made me feel as a customer. He genuinely cared about helping me find the right mattress, and it showed in every step of the process. Because of his expertise and great service, I ended up purchasing a mattress that was slightly above my original price range but it was absolutely worth it. I couldn’t imagine sleeping on anything else now. This was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had while furnishing my new home.
