"Please, save yourself the money and the headache—do not buy anything from SLEEP CHEAP FURNITURE STORE at 60-30 Bergenline Ave. My mom purchased a bed frame from Jayson, and less than a week later, it started having issues. When she asked about adding a warranty at the time of purchase, Jayson told her it wasn’t necessary and that the bed was brand new and high quality. Since then, we’ve contacted him multiple times, only to be met with excuses and delays. It's been incredibly frustrating dealing with the lack of accountability. Jayson eventually promised to come by my mom's and fix the bed, but he never showed up—not once, not twice, but three times. Completely unprofessional. Because the bed frame is now unusable, my mom has been forced to sleep on just a mattress on the floor. No one should have to go through this after spending their hard-earned money."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. I was able to get bedroom furniture, mattress, and couch for a great price. I walked into the store past 3 pm and got it delivered and assembled same day. Genuinely confused why others haven’t given 5 stars. Couldn’t possibly have had a better experience."

"The WORST store on the planet.Provided inacuarrate statements on a dispute for an ITEM with my ccd Company that I NEVER received. For a $200.00 charge then stated to my ccd that this was a "package deal", for a $200. oo charge. This is about PRINCIPAL and preventing these deceptive practices to continue. This store provided FALSE documents of statements which is 'now Libel" as if i had a "contract".. I NEVER Signed no contract "package deal for a $200 item I made it CLEAR that after THREE days I no longer wanted this item DUE to the entire damage and how they took this item off another person's "lay away". I WILL, I REPEAT I will be forced to REPORT them to ALL Civil Governing authoraties including but not limited to: NJ State Dept consumer affairs AND NJ State Attorney General- 'deceptive' practices.. If a consumer does not FIGHT for their rights nothing will get done. STAY AWAY! Buyer BEWARE!"

"My bf and I went in here to purchase a box spring after purchasing the mattress from them and the Cuban guy has the worst attitude. We were told the price of the box spring was $45 when purchasing the mattress. We came back 4 days later and the Cuban guy told us it’s $85. He was speaking to us as if we were trying to scam him and we were lying. We would’ve just paid $85 if he didn’t give us such a hard time and yelling at us as if we’re kids. Nonetheless, I went to a furniture store on 88th and tonnelle and paid $139. I didn’t care even paying double because the guy who owned the store was extremely nice. It’s not always about the price it’s the delivery. It’s how you talk to your customers. The lady’s in there are super nice! Just stay away from the fat old Cuban guy sitting on the chair."
