"I brought in two pairs of shoes to get protective soles added to the leather bottoms. Unfortunately, the work was done poorly. The white sandals came back with scratches on the leather and visible glue marks. I was really disappointed, especially since I trusted them to handle expensive shoes with care. Sadly, the quality of service didn’t meet my expectations."

"Im so happy with the work they did on my really beat-up but expensive flats. The two pairs were brought back to life and are still comfortable to wear (which is not always the case for flats). I wish i had pictures from before but you will just have to take my word as to the transformation. Such a great value too. Worth shlepping in from another neighborhood."

"I have been coming to this shoe repair for a very long time and I am very impressed with the work done here. He does the work fast, you can even get it done on the spot. The prices are good. The best part is the quality of workmanship-I can see quality. I don't have to buy a new pair of shoes because the repairman makes them as good as new."
